I believe the best results come from taking a long-term view—whether that means building strong supplier relationships, improving a business process, maintaining physical health, or developing yourself as a person.

Professionally, I’m drawn to procurement because it sits at the intersection of business, relationships, problem-solving, and sustainability. I believe responsible purchasing is about more than finding the lowest price. It means understanding the broader impact of purchasing decisions, reducing waste, building resilient supply chains, and finding solutions that create value for both businesses and their suppliers. I’m particularly interested in how procurement can contribute to more sustainable and efficient operations without sacrificing performance or financial discipline.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness, health, nutrition, and personal development. Training has taught me the value of consistency, discipline, patience, and understanding that meaningful progress is usually the result of small improvements repeated over time. I approach nutrition and health with the same curiosity I bring to my professional work—learning how different inputs affect performance, testing what works, and continually refining my approach.

I’m also interested in music, creativity, and continuous learning. I enjoy exploring new ideas, developing new skills, and finding ways to combine analytical thinking with creativity.

At the core of everything I do is a simple philosophy: keep learning, keep improving, and build things that are better for the long term.

I’m a procurement professional with 4+ years of experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiations across construction and manufacturing environments.

Throughout my career, I’ve managed supplier relationships and purchasing activity involving tens of millions of dollars in annual spend, while identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve commercial terms, and strengthen supplier agreements. My experience includes negotiating national and site-level agreements, consolidating suppliers, improving payment terms, eliminating unnecessary contract costs, and developing sourcing strategies that deliver measurable financial results.

Some of my key accomplishments include $500K+ in verified annual procurement savings, $3.4M+ in purchasing-spend optimization, and $350K+ in supplier-agreement savings. I’ve also delivered significant savings through waste-management agreements, PPE negotiations, supplier consolidation, price-cap negotiations, termination clauses, and the elimination of unfavorable auto-renewal terms.

I combine hands-on purchasing experience with a data-driven approach to procurement, using tools such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Power BI, and advanced Excel to analyze spend, evaluate suppliers, and support better purchasing decisions.

I hold an APICS CSCP certification and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with a focus on creating sustainable improvements rather than simply negotiating one-time price reductions.

My long-term goal is to transition into a career focused on sustainability and responsible business, building on the procurement and supply-chain experience I’ve developed throughout my career.

I’m particularly interested in the intersection of sustainability, supply chains, and business strategy—helping organizations reduce waste, improve resource efficiency, make more responsible purchasing decisions, and build more sustainable supply networks. I believe procurement is uniquely positioned to influence these areas because the decisions made throughout the supply chain can have a significant environmental and economic impact.

Rather than viewing sustainability as separate from business performance, I want to help develop solutions where the two reinforce each other. My experience in cost optimization, supplier management, negotiations, and process improvement has taught me how to identify opportunities and turn them into measurable results. I hope to apply those same skills to sustainability-focused initiatives.

As I continue developing professionally, I want to deepen my knowledge of sustainable supply chains, environmental strategy, circular economy principles, responsible sourcing, and ESG. Ultimately, my goal is to contribute to organizations that are finding practical ways to operate more efficiently while reducing their environmental impact.

I see this as a long-term progression rather than a complete career change: using the skills I’ve already built in procurement to create greater environmental and organizational value.
